CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ORDER

After submitting an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the transaction. If you don't get a confirmation from us within 24 hours, it means we did not receive your order. Please e-mail us as soon as possible, so that we can take care of your order right away.


SHIPPING POLICY

United States:  Shipping is free on all orders of $75 or more!

On orders of less than $75, the shipping charge is as follows:

If the products you order total $0.01 - $  24.99:  shipping is $4.50
If the products you order total $25.00 - $49.99:  shipping is $5.85
If the products you order total $50.00 - $74.99:  shipping is $7.75

The shipping charge is based on the total dollar amount of your order. No matter how heavy your package is, you will only pay the shipping charge shown in the chart above.

Priority mail and insurance are also available options.

International:  Please e-mail us with your location information so that we can consider your international order.



RETURN POLICY

Customer delight is our highest priority! If you are not happy with something you purchased from us, please let us know. To receive a refund of the purchase price, the item must be returned in unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
