Rayon chainette yarn is the perfect choice when you want to make tassels or fringe. Ideal for Native American shawls, dance costumes, stoles, vestments, and home decor.  Our chainette is made of 100% rayon.  It's silky and luxurious, drapes beautifully, and has a subtle, lustrous shine.

Special care is taken in packaging your chainette.  We wind the yarn on a cardstock tube to prevent tangling and creasing, and then place it in a ziplock poly bag, labeled with the color name and number.  For lengths of 5 yards or less, the yarn is packaged without the tube in a small, labeled ziplock baggie.

Note: Because chainette is so silky, the maximum that can be wound on one tube is 50 yards. If you order 100 yards, for example, your chainette will come on 2 tubes of 50 yards each.
